Pairing a Wi-Fi Insert to the Swidget App
Plug your Swidget Insert into your Swidget Outlet or Switch. Once the LED on your Swidget Insert begins to blink green, it is in discovery mode and will remain that way for 5 minutes. Follow the in-app directions. Continue

How to put your Wi-Fi Insert into discovery mode
You can return the Insert to discovery mode by removing it and reinserting it in the device. It is ready when the LED begins blinking green. If this does not work, you may have to factory reset (see below). Continue

Connecting Swidget to Alexa
Open up the Alexa app and enter your Alexa account information. Click the More button at the bottom right and select Skills & Games. Search for Swidget and enter your Swidget account. Continue

Connecting Swidget to Google Home
Open up the Google Home app and enter your Google account information. Click the Settings gear icon in the middle of the screen, select Works with Google, and search for Swidget. Enter your Swidget info. Continue

Create a Swidget App user account
Download the Swidget app from the google play or iOS app stores. Enter a user name, email address, and password when prompted. Enter the verification code that is sent to your email. Continue

How to factory reset your Insert
If you need to factory reset the device, simply press and hold the Insert button for 12-15 seconds until the LED turns red. Release the LED and it will begin blinking green after about 30 seconds. Continue

How do I move a device from one room to another in the Swidget App?
In the Rooms View press and hold on the device icon and select Change Room. Select the room to which you want to move the device. Continue
