There are two plug and play ports on the WhisperGreen. The Wi-Fi Module can only be used with the plug and play port labelled Wi-Fi module.

As shown in the picture below, when the fan orientation has the ports stacked vertically, the Wi-Fi module is the second from the top.

If your Wi-Fi Control Module is not discoverable, please check the following:

1. Ensure the module is properly inserted in a compatible Panasonic fan, into the slot mark as Wi-Fi Module, an the module's LED lights up.
2. Verify that your mobile device's Bluetooth is turned on and you're within range of the Wi-Fi Control Module.
3. Make sure the Wi-Fi Control Module is in discovery mode (Blinking Green LED). If it isn't, open the module's door and press the button momentarily. The module will remain in discovery mode for 5 minutes.

Yes. The module needs to be in discovery mode to pair, and discovery mode is shown by a blinking green light. A solid green light means the module is not in discovery mode yet and will not pair, so put it into discovery mode first. To do this, open the small door on the module and press the button momentarily (you can also remove and reinsert the module, or switch the fan’s breaker off and back on). The light will blink green and the module will stay in discovery mode for about 5 minutes. While it is blinking green, open the Swidget App, tap Add Devices (or the + in the top right), choose Scan QR Code, and scan the QR code on the module or its security card. This applies to both single fans and Balanced Mesh installations.

The Wi-Fi Control Module has been inserted in an incompatible Panasonic fan model.

Swidget Pro is a feature within the Swidget App which allows advanced product functionalities to be configured and edited. The Wi-Fi Control Module's Balanced Mesh can only be configured through Swidget Pro.

Swidget Pro can be accessed without an account, at the bottom of the login-in page, or with an account after logging in, in the settings page.

• Typically, only one WhisperFresh Select fresh supply air fan is needed, as it can bring in up to 150 CFM (Cubic Feet per Minute) of fresh air from outside.
• With one WhisperFresh Select, you can install up to two WhisperGreen Select exhaust fans to balance air flow.
• It's possible to install more than one WhisperFresh Select fan:
  • This can combine up to 300 CFM of fresh air intake.
  • Multiple WhisperFresh Select fans can auto-balance with multiple WhisperGreen Select exhaust fans.
• Recommendation: If using more than one WhisperFresh Select fan, divide them into equal numbers of groups for individual Mesh balancing.
