Check an Insert's MAC and/or IP Address

Follow these directions to see your connected Wi-Fi Insert's MAC address and IP address.

1. From the Home screen, long-tap on the Device for which you would like to see the details.
2. Tap View Device.
3. Tap on the arrow (>) to go into the Insert Details.
4. Tap the Insert Settings icon ().
5. Tap About to see the Insert Info.
   
6. Note the MAC Address and/or IP Address
