Error Code: Connect Device Error

Potential Issue(s): The app was unable to establish a Bluetooth connection after selecting the Insert in the Insert discovery screen.

Possible Solutions:

1. Attempt to connect over Bluetooth again. It's possible this was just a one-time issue.
2. Factory reset the Insert.
3. Reboot the device you are using to connect to the Insert (mobile device or tablet).
