If you cannot see your Wi-Fi network listed in the Swidget App while attempting to pair a Device, please confirm that your home Wi-Fi network is not broadcasting at 5 GHz. Swidget Wi-Fi Inserts work only with 2.4 GHz networks. If your 2.4 GHz network is not in the dropdown menu, confirm that the router is broadcasting the SSID. To do this, check to see if your phone can "see" the network you are trying to connect to.
