If you want to completely erase all of the information stored on an Insert including the network connection credentials, automations, and location information, a factory reset can be completed using the steps below.
Warning: Performing a factory reset will remove the Insert from your network and user account and will erase all data on the Insert. If you need to factory reset the Insert, simply press and hold the Insert button for 12 to 15 seconds until the LED turns red. The image below shows the LED behaviour when holding the Insert button.
