On rare occasion, you may receive a warning message indicating that "Some devices may not be installed correctly."
To resolve, please remove the Insert from the Device and complete the steps below:
- Check that the castellations on the back of the insert are clean and free of debris.
- Visually confirm that the pins are not depressed inside the Device. Run your fingers along the pins to see if any of them are depressed.
- Remove the Insert and reinstall firmly as shown in the video below.
